ABOUT ME.

Male marathon runner wearing a white and purple tank top with the number 1770 running on a city street during a race, with spectators behind a metal barricade.

I never ran as a kid. Like many, I stumbled into it later in life; through Parkrun, just enjoying the simplicity of moving, racing the clock, and being part of a community. That’s where it all started.

Things changed when I met Keith Angus, a former Olympian who generously shared his time, knowledge, and passion for the sport. He didn’t just teach me how to run; he taught me why to run. Under his guidance, I began to understand the sport deeply, train with intention, and progress steadily over time. You can see that journey here.

Now, I’m taking the next step: coaching. I’ve experienced first-hand what it means to have someone believe in you, guide you, and help you unlock potential you didn’t know you had. I want to do the same for others - whether you're just getting started or looking to reach the next level. This is my way of giving back to the sport that’s given me so much.
