bob brailsford

I'm Bob, a coach and runner from West Yorkshire. I’ve been training seriously since 2022 under the guidance of an ex-Olympic marathoner.

With personal bests of 15:15 for 5K and 31:49 for 10K, I believe in steady, patient training. My coaching focuses on slow, lasting progress — helping runners stay consistent, stay healthy, and keep improving over time.
