Running Coach in WAKEFIELD | Personalised Training Plans from 5k to Marathon

I'm Bob Brailsford, a running coach and runner from Wakefield, West Yorkshire. I help runners of all abilities, from 5k beginners to marathoners, improve with personalised plans, support, and structured coaching.

I’ve been training seriously since 2022 under the guidance of an ex-Olympic marathoner. With personal bests of 15:15 for 5K and 31:49 for 10K, I believe in steady, patient training. My coaching focuses on slow, lasting progress to help runners stay consistent, stay healthy, and keep improving over time.
